Support Questions:Why haven't I received notification when a new affiliate signs up

There are two primary steps involved in checking your settings to ensure your email notifications are working properly.
Step 1. Custom SMTP Server Settings
Check to see if your SMTP settings are configured properly. If Custom SMTP Server is enabled make sure that SMTP information is correct and working properly. Test your settings within the application to verify no error is returned. You can preview your SMTP settings by hovering over the Company tab and selecting Customize Application. Go to Domain settings and preview the Email Domain panel. If your Custom SMTP Server is disabled you can automatically skip to the next step.
Step 2. Affiliate Sign up Settings
Verify that Require Approval is enabled for your Affiliate Sign-up Settings. Require approval sets new affiliate accounts to pending and will need to be approved by your network. You will receive notification when a new affiliate has signed up and is awaiting your approval. Check your Affiliate Sign Up settings by hovering over the Company tab and selecting Customize Application. Go to Affiliate Settings and view your Affiliate Sign Up preferences.
