Support Questions:Why do I get an error when I try to import my affiliates more than once

Once you upload raw data and its imported you can't re-import it. However, you can update affiliate account data instead of importing and creating new records. To do this, you must include the affiliate ID for each record you want to update. After you've populated the CSV file with all affiliate information, upload them in your application. Hover over Company and click Customize Application. Then from the Import panel select Import Affiliates. Select the CSV file to upload and upload it. It may take up to 15 minutes to process. When the upload has finished processing, you will see a notification on your admin Snapshot page with the results of the upload.
