Support Questions:Why can’t I load an pixel for an affiliate

From HasOffers

If you are trying to add a pixel as an image pixel and get the error "Code is invalid based on type", then the offer doesn't support the code you are trying to place.

Image Pixels have strict validation:

Offers that use Image Pixels for conversion tracking, support third-party image pixels and postback URLs. Since the advertiser has placed an image pixel to track conversions, only one other image pixel can be loaded for an affiliate. With image pixels, after HasOffers ad servers record a conversion, the offer's image pixel redirects to the affiliate's image pixel (only one redirect can happen). Also, only images can be loaded since an image which is why HTML code can not be placed for affiliates when the advertiser placed an Image Pixel.

Please refer to the documentation: [Application_Support:Managing_Offers#Third-Party_Affiliate_Pixels_and_URLs|Third-Party Affiliate Pixels and URLs]

Solution: You will need to get an image pixel from your affiliate or get the advertiser to use an iFrame to track conversions for the offer.
