A conversion would be when a user completes whatever action you are hoping for, such as signing up for something or making a purchase. To track the conversions you need your conversion pixel code on the "thank you" page for the sign-up/purchase -- when that code loads that is how the system logs the conversion. You can find the conversion pixel code when viewing the offer -- click "view advertiser pixel".
