When placing a JavaScript pixel as a third-party pixel for an affiliate, it needs to be placed as HTML code. Select type of "HTML code" and then insert the JavaScript pixel code in the box. JavaScript pixels are HTML code because the code you are placing is in fact HTML which loads the JavaScript.
The JavaScript pixel below needs to be placed as HTML code.

If you don't have the option to place HTML code for an affilaite pixel, then this is due to how the offer tracking is setup. Only offers where the advertiser has placed an iFrame tracking pixel support HTML code for third-party pixels.
