An offer is an advertisement that contains a link to a web page along with cost and revenue information. Offers are the core functionality to the HasOffers platform. Affiliates then have the ability to grab tracking code for each offer. Creatives can be attached to offers and then loaded into Ad Manager campaigns.
A campaign is group of creatives for the Ad Manager. The Ad Manager displays a creative for in a campaign based on targeting settings and optimization goals. Creatives in campaigns are linked to an offer. Thus, costs and revenue is associated to creatives based on the offer payout settings.
