When creating or editing an advertiser, affiliate or offer, you can specify a reference ID. This reference ID is used to correspond to some value in another system. Once set, these values can then be included in offer URLs. This is available to all clients.
You can also have your Ad Server respond to requests based on affiliate reference ID or offer reference ID: Reference IDs in Click Link and Impression Pixels
