Yes. Tiny URLs also known as short URLs replace the affiliate ID and offer ID along with any additional tracking information with a hashed value. This shortened value refers to the stored information. On click, tiny URLs function just as a regular tracking link with a 302 redirect.
You can still pass in extra parameters into short URLs by appending the values to the end of the URL.
For example:
http://tracking.djumbo.ru/SH66
you can append aff_sub
http://tracking.djumbo.ru/SH66?aff_sub=test
