Support Questions:My interface says, Live Support Offline - how can I change that

Employees of the network see support for HasOffers. If HasOffers support is offline, then it will read “Live Support Offline” for you and your employees.
Live chat support in the affiliate and advertiser interfaces uses a specified support AIM screen name. Under the Company tab go to Customize Application and then select Application settings. Then enable the Support AIM setting and include the AOL Instant Message screen name you would like to use with this feature. When the specified AIM screen name is online, advertisers and affiliates will see “Live Support Online” and clicking it will open an AIM message.
