All of the CSS on the HasOffers platform has the ability to be over-written. If you go under the "Company" tab and select "Customize Application" you'll see a series of links for different options. Go down to the box that reads "Design" and click on the "Customize CSS" link. From here, you can enter in any CSS that you want.
It would also be a good idea to use FireBug or the Web Developer Firefox extensions to help you explore the HTML and CSS structure so you'll get a better idea as to how you can re-skin the application.
