To post refunds on conversions, you need to reject the conversion. You can reject conversions from the Conversion Report. Hover over the Reports tab and select Conversion Report. You can filter by the offer to only view the conversions for that offer. Once you find the conversion you want to reject click the Reject link in the status column.
Rejecting a conversion removes it from network and affiliate statistics; reducing cost and revenue for the offer. Rejected conversions are only reported in the Conversion Report.
