To find the link of a creative file, simply view the creative file. Hover over Offers, select Creative Files and then find the creative file you have uploaded.
On the view page in the Details panel, there will be the File URL. Example: 
You can then use the File URL in the HTML code for your creatives / advertisements.
Linking directly to creatives files as described above won’t record impressions for the creative files. If you want to record impressions with a creative file, then view the offer the creative file is attached to and generate creative code for the creative file.
If you have uploaded creative files to include as assets in other creatives, like a graphic file in an email creative, then simply include the File URL in the email creative code.

You need to include the File URL of the graphic, image, Flash or rich media file in your creative code.
