Support Questions:How do I add creative files to offers

To add a new file to an offer, hover over the “Offers” tab and select “Creative Files”. You can select multiple offers to add the creatives to by holding CTRL and selecting multiple offers. Select the offer from the select box. Select the “Type” from the drop down menu.
If the creative is a file, image banner or flash banner, select the file to upload. The file size can be no larger than 8M max.
If the creative is an email or HTML banner you can upload files. You can use the links of the files in the code for these creatives. Input the code for the code for the creatives at the bottom.
