You can add questions for affiliates to answer upon signing up to your network. This will help you review and screen affiliates. Add sign-up questions at any time by hovering over the “Company” tab and selecting “Customize Application”. Select “Affiliate Sign Up Questions”. Type your question in the text field, check the Required box if you want all affiliates to answer the question before they are allowed to submit their application, then click “Add”. All questions with a status of “Active” will appear on your sign up page. You may pause, edit or delete your questions at any time.
