When specifying custom email domain settings, you can send a test email to ensure settings work. Custom email domain settings are available to Professional, Enterprise and Dedicated Solution clients. To test your email domain settings, hover over the Company tab and select Customize Application. Go to Domain settings and Test SMTP Settings. Specify the email address where the test email will be sent and click "send email" to submit the test. If the email processed, a message will be displayed at the top of the page indicating the email was successfully sent. You will receive an error message if your settings are not configured properly.
