Support Questions:How can I set up my tracking URLs on a custom domain
From HasOffers
To setup your custom tracking domain for hosting your offer tracking URLs on a custom domain, add a CNAME record in the name servers for the domain’s DNS. You will need to create a CNAME like jump.yourcompany.com and point it to your HasOffers traking URL. Example: CNAME record would be jump.yourcompany.com to yourcompany.go2jump.org. Then, specify the custom tracking domain by running your cursor over the “Company” tab and select “Customize Application”. Go to “Change Preferences”. Enter the custom tracking domain underneath the Custom Tracking Domain section.
Before you update this setting, you custom tracking domain must have a CNAME record to your networkID.go2jump.org domain. If this CNAME isn’t setup, tracking links won’t work.
If you setup your custom tracking domain properly, old non-custom tracking links and offer conversion pixels will continue to function as the ad server will detect the setting and forward and track the requests on the custom tracking domain.
