You can set up a referral program by enabling the Affiliate Referral option in the Affiliate settings under Customize Application. After you enable the option, you will be given a box beneath to set Rate Type, Base Field and Rate. This commission is the default referral commission affiliates will be paid.
You can set special commission rates by affiliate that will over-ride default from the affiliate view page. Under the Affiliate Commission panel, select the Edit link to specify custom commission.
