Affiliate and advertiser activity is tracked on a user basis. Thus, to see when an affiliate or advertiser last logged in, you will need to view the user accounts attached to the affiliate or advertiser account.
User accounts track when a user last logged in and also last modified their user details. If a user logged in, it will show the last login date in the user details panels when viewing a user.
