To achieve this, you would add {affiliate_id} and {offer_id} in an offer Creative URL.
Example Offer URL:
http://www.CreativeDomain.com/?account_id={account_id}&offer_id={offer_id}
Any place you want the value of affiliate ID or offer ID, just insert either {affiliate_id} or {offer_id} into the offer URL. You can also pass affiliate Sub IDs by inserting {aff_sub} into the offer URL, affiliate source by inserting {source}, and offer URL ID by inserting {offer_url_id}.
