By choosing where to host your W9 form, you can utilize your own W9 submission processes or simply send affiliates to a form that you choose to host. Many networks have their own processes online for submitting w9’s, and customizing the W9 location allows them to use these processes. You can set up your own custom URL for W9 and W-8BEN forms by going to Customize Application from the Company tab and selecting Affiliates. Enable Custom URLs for W9/W-8BEN and set a custom URL for W9 and W-8BEN forms in the provided spaces.
