You can set this up per offer. View the offer, go to the "Settings" panel and click "Edit" in the header of that box. Find the option "Display Advertiser" and set it to "Disabled" (then save your changes).This setting is disabled by default when you create an offer, so unless you enable it for an offer your affiliates will not see the advertiser name in your offer listing.
