Support Questions:How can I check that my email notifications are set up properly

From HasOffers

There are a few primary steps involved in checking your settings to ensure your email notifications are working properly.

Step 1. Custom SMTP Server Settings

Check to see if your SMTP settings are configured properly. If Custom SMTP Server is enabled make sure that SMTP information is correct and working properly. Test your settings within the application to verify no error is returned. You can preview your SMTP settings by hovering over the Company tab and selecting Customize Application. Go to Domain settings and preview the Email Domain panel. If your Custom SMTP Server is disabled you can automatically skip to the next step.

Step 2. Affiliate Sign up Settings

Verify that Require Approval is enabled for your Affiliate Sign-up Settings. Require approval sets new affiliate accounts to pending and will need to be approved by your network. You will receive notification when a new affiliate has signed up and awaiting your approval. Affiliates that sign up for your network will also receive email notification that their account is set to pending. Check your Affiliate Sign Up settings by hovering over the Company tab and selecting Customize Application. Go to Affiliate Settings and view Affiliate Sign Up.

Step 3. Account Change Notification

Enabling this feature will send notices every time an affiliate or advertiser changes the account information they used to sign up for your network.

Step 4. Support Email

Make sure that Support E-Mail is going to the correct address as this is where the network e-mails will be sent. If this it not defined, emails will go to support@hasoffers.com. To preview your support email settings hover over the Company tab and select Customize Application. Go to Application settings and view the Support Email setting.
