To add a sub-id dynamically to the offer URL, you would need to add {aff_sub} to the default URL. To edit the default offer URL, when viewing an offer select Edit on the Details panel. Then update the offer URL to include {aff_sub}. You can also have the default offer URL include source by include {source}.
