Yes. Affiliates have access to an offers API. The offers API returns all the same data affiliates have access to for each offer. The API returns data back in CSV, JSON and XML formats. Affiliates can access documentation and example API calls by hovering over the Support tab in their interface and selecting “Offers API”.
