If you are having troubles getting an offer to record conversions and you currently have conversion tracking for the offer set to HTTP iFrame Pixel or HTTP Image Pixel, then you should check to see if the domain the advertise is calling the pixel from is HTTPS. If they placed an HTTP tracking pixel and try to load it from an HTTPS domain, browsers will block the HTTP content from loading since its not secure.
Only other secure objects can be called from an HTTPS domain. Thus, for the offer conversion tracking pixel to be loaded on from an HTTPS domain it has to be HTTPS too.
HTTPS means that it uses SSL authentication.
If the advertiser is loading them pixel from an HTTPS domain, you will just need to update the conversion tracking method to HTTPS iFrame Pixel and have the advertiser place the updated pixel that is HTTPS.
