You can auto-approve affiliate accounts and pixels by running your cursor over the “Company” tab and select “Customize Application”. Then go to the “Affiliate” settings page. For affiliate account approval, if “Auto Approve” is selected for Affiliate Sign Up, the manual approval process is bypassed and affiliate accounts and pixels will immediately be active upon creation. If “Require Approval” is selected, then affiliate accounts are set to pending and must be manually approved. You can also set the approval process by selecting the method for Third-Party Affiliate Pixels.
To approve your affiliates manually, you can view all pending accounts by hovering over the “Affiliates” tab and selecting “Pending Affiliates”. Here, you can approve or deny any pending account and also assign an account manager.
To manually approve pixels you can view all pending offer pixels by hovering over the “Offers” tab and selecting “Conversion Pixels / URLs”. Click select “Show Pending” in the top left to display only pending. Here you can approve or deny any pending 3rd party affiliate pixels or postback URLs.
