Basic Reports

How can I save a report?

Individual Stat Reports can now be saved. They are saved with the data points, statistics and filters. These saved reports can then be loaded from the report pages. Links to saved reports are included in the “Quick Links” panel on the snapshot page for quick and easy access to regularly run reports.

How often is the stats API updated, is it incremental?

The affiliate API stats reports are updated once a minute. You can input start and end dates to make it incremental and the incremental stats will equal the total.

How can my affiliates preview their sub-id in their reports when they log into the network?

They need to go to Reports -> Conversion Report and it will show all subids.

Where can I find my affiliate’s referral commission report?

To view how much your affiliates have earned by referring other affiliates, hover over the “Reports” tab and select “Affiliate Commission”. This report shows you the Commission and Base Amount Used. Group data by Referring Affiliate and Referred Affiliate to see the commission earned for each affiliate’s referrals. Filter data by Referring Affiliates to look at specific affiliates.

Can I see where the conversions are coming from by URL?

Yes. Hover over the "Reports” tab and select "Traffic Referrals". This report shows you the URLs of where specific conversions for an offer came from. The report displays the Affiliate, Offer, URL and number of conversions that originated from the URL. To check referral activity stats for another day, select the preselected date range or the day you are interested in querying and filter by Affiliates or Offers. This is the report many networks use to audit where affiliates are sending traffic from.

How can I preview the stats for a specific creative?

You can preview the statistics for a specific creative through your customized reports. Select the Offers Report from the Report tab. Then filter the report by selecting the creative to filter by and run the report with the filter options selected. Creatives only have impressions if the impression pixel is being used by the affiliates displaying the creative which by default is included.

How can I view my account manager’s commissions?

To view the commissions your account managers have earned, hover over the "Reports” tab and select "Manager Commission". The Manager Commission report shows you the Rate Type, Rate, Commission and Total. It can be grouped by Date or Affiliate Manager or filtered by Affiliate Manager.

Conversion Report

Can you track creative id on conversion report?

Currently creatives and their creative IDs are not available as a data option in the conversion report. You can find statistics for creatives on all click level stat reports. This feature will be included in a release TBA.

How can I run an adjusted conversion report for an advertiser?

Since conversions are by affiliate, then you need to adjust conversions for the advertiser by affiliate. You can adjust conversions by hovering over the Affiliates tab and select Adjust Conversions. Total conversions by all affiliates for an offer have the equal all conversions for the advertiser’s offer. If you are unable to credit the offer by affiliate, then you can simple credit your company’s affiliate account with the additional conversions.

Where can I view a conversion from a proxy?

If a conversion was created from a proxy, then in many cases it may be fraudulent. The setting in the application is called Proxy Request Conversion Status (Company>Customize Application>Tracking). So if the conversion is detected to be created from a proxy, the status of the conversion will be set to rejected or pending for review on the Conversion Report. A status message will be associated with the conversion saying it was detected as a proxy.

Where can I view the IP address associated with a conversion?

To view the Conversion Report, hover over the "Reports” tab and select "Conversion Report". This report displays unique tracking info details for each conversion. View the Affiliate Sub-ID (1-5), Advertiser Sub-ID, Tracking Link Referral, Conversion Pixel Referral, IP address and Payout for each conversion. View stats for another date or filter by Affiliates, Advertisers or Offers. Conversion adjustments are not reflected in this report.

Where can I view the reason for the status of a conversion?

The conversion report has a data field called Status Message. This field displays the reason for a pending or rejected conversion and provides insight into the circumstances of a specific conversion. To preview the status of a conversion hover over the Reports tab and select Conversion Report. Check the box to the left of 'Status Message' and run the report.

Why is Sale Amount column displaying $0.00 on the conversion report?

The "Sale Amount" column is only populated for offers that use RPS/CPS conversion tracking (revenue and cost as a percentage of sale price). To use the "Sale Amount" column for other offers you can add &amount= to your conversion pixel URL and have the advertiser add the sale amount for each conversion. Passing the sale amount into the tracking code will allow the value to be recorded with each conversion.

Upload Conversions

How can I upload a list of leads and conversions?

The HasOffers platform allows networks to upload the conversions by uploading a corresponding Transaction ID. Each click in your HasOffers system generates a unique "transaction ID" that is attached to the record of the click.

You can pass transaction ID to other networks by including {transaction_id} in the Offer URL. On click this value will be dynamically replaced with the ID of the click transaction that references the affiliate offer and other tracking information.

To upload conversions, hover over the Reports tab, select Conversion Report and then click Upload Conversions (old link tilted Upload Status Changes).

You can then upload conversions into your network by uploading a list of Transaction IDs. If the Transaction ID 7899549879 references a click for offer ID 1 generated by affiliate ID 5, then when uploaded a conversion would be created that is tied to this click.

Any list of valid Transaction IDs that are not connected to any conversions (where status equals pending, active or rejected), will be processed and conversions recorded.

The upload function can also be used to approve conversions that are currently Pending. If a conversion has a status of Pending because the offer has require approval of conversions enabled, then you can create a list of the Transaction IDs relating to pending conversions. Uploading a list of Transaction IDs for pending conversions will update the status of the conversions to Approved.

Error exporting CSV with Chrome Browser on Mac OSX?

If you are using the Google Chrome web browser on a Mac OSX computer and the data is not formatted correctly, then your computer is probably renaming the file extension. Make sure that the file is saved as a .csv file. Most likely, your computer saved the exported file as a .csv.xls. When you open this file it is read as a .xls file instead of a .csv. Simply rename the exported file to end in .csv and remove the .xls file extension to resolve the formatting issue.
