Manage Affiliates

This page provides a complete list of affiliates that have signed up for your network and a quick view of each affiliate's statistics. Search for a specific affiliate by using the Search box or sort your list of affiliates by any criteria. You can also quickly see the Profile Fraud and Activity Fraud associated with each affiliate.

Account Information
- Company - This is the name of the affiliate profile and is used in reporting and displaying the affiliate name throughout the application. The company name can also be an individual's name if they are operating under their own name.
- Address - The street address of contact for this affiliate.
- Phone - The phone number contact for this affiliate.
- Status - The current status of this affiliate. The options for this as as follows:
- Active - Affiliate can login and access offers they are approved for. Are able to perform any action that they have the permissions to.
- Pending - The affiliate has signed up for the network, but is awaiting approval from the network for access. They cannot login or access any offers.
- Blocked - The affiliate has been blocked from the network and all its offers. They cannot login to the network in this status.
- Deleted - The affiliate has been blocked from the network and does not show up in any stats or reports. They cannot login with this status.
- Rejected - If the affiliate has been rejected in the Pending Affiliates page, they are given this status. The affiliate cannot login with this status.
- Signup Date - This is the date and time that the affiliate had signed up for the network.
- Signup IP - The IP address that the affiliate signed up to the network at.
Edit Account Information
To edit the general account information, click on the link in the header section labeled 'Edit'. This will take you to a form that will allow you to change any of the general account settings and information.
Account Users
This section will display a list of all the users that are associated with this affiliate profile. There can be more than one user for each affiliate. In this section you can click on the users name to view that affiliate user profile, click on their email address that will open a new email to that user, or login virtually to their account by clicking the 'login' link.

Adding Affiliate Users
If you want to add a new affiliate user to this profile, then you can click the 'Add' link at the top of the section. This will take you to a new form that will let you create the new user.
Fraud
This section displays the activity fraud and profile fraud for this affiliate. This are collective metrics to measure if the information and actions the affiliate has made is considered suspicious by your networks standards.
Click 'View' in the section header to view edit the thresholds settings and fraud alerts.

Offer Access
View all offers that this affiliate can currently access. To remove access immediately, select the offer and click the Unapprove or Block links to the right. Notes - Keep track of interactions with specific affiliates by adding notes to their profile page. Simply type the note you wish to save and click the Add Note Button. See all notes for an affiliate by clicking the View All link at the upper right.
Affiliate Notes
Affiliate Notes allow you to add remarks about this affiliate account that cannot be viewed by the affiliate. Simply type the note you wish to save and click the Add Note Button. See all notes for an affiliate by clicking the View All link at the upper right.
- Approved - These offers are approved to run traffic to.
- Unapproved - If you require approval for the offer, these offers are a list that are not approved for this affiliate.
- Blocked - The affilate has been blocked from this list of offers.
Account Manager
This panel provides the name of the account manager currently assigned to this specific affiliate. Click Change in the upper right to assign them to a different account manager.
Billing Preferences
This information is also provided by the affiliate upon signup. The Network Admin, the affiliate, and the Affiliate Manager can Edit this information at any time. You can also quickly access an affiliate's billing history by clicking the link in the upper right.
Edit Billing Preferences
- Invoice Frequency - If auto-generated invoices are turned on, this setting lets you choose the frequency that invoices are generated for this affiliate.
- Preferred Method - This lets you select the affiliates preferred method to receive payment.
- Payable to - This is in the event that the payment is sent to someone that is not the name on the affiliate account (i.e., a user's name on the account)
- Payable Type - Select if the payee is either a company or an individual.
- Along with the addresses, city, country, region, and zipcode if the billing address is different from the affiliate profile address.
Referral Commission
Referral commission allows affiliate to refer other affiliates to your network and can be incentivized to do so by receiving a commission of the earnings for each affiliate that they refer. Click 'Edit' to make changes to the referral settings and click 'Referral list'
Edit Referral Commission
- Rate Type - You can set the commission between Flat amount per conversion, which will pay a fixed value for each conversion that their referrals generates, or a percentage, in which you set the percentage of what the base field is.
- Base Field - The base field is what you will be your commission percentages off of. You can choose from the referrals payout, the revenue of the conversion, or the profit of the conversion.
Payout Tier
If tiers have been created, this panel shows which tier this affiliate has been assigned to. Change this affiliate's tier by clicking the link in the upper right.
Offer Payouts
View all custom payouts that are set for this affiliate. Add or remove custom payouts by clicking the link in the upper right. This allows you to give a completely unique payout for a specific affiliate on an individual offer. Customized Offer payouts override all tiers and default payout amounts. Here is also where you can also set the daily or monthly conversion cap for this affiliate.
Affiliate Payouts and Revenue
With the affiliate payouts you can assign a custom payout for the affiliate to override the standard payout for that offer. If you are also receiving a different revenue for this affiliates conversion, the you can also set this next to the Payout field.
Daily and Monthly Conversion Caps
You can specify the number of conversions that you can allow this affiliate to receive on either a daily or monthly basis. For the Daily Conversions field, enter the number of conversions that affiliate can receive in one day. Leave the field blank or enter '0' if you don't want a cap for this offer. The Monthly conversion cap field will allow you to set a cap to the amount of conversions for each month.
Daily and Monthly Payout Caps
With daily and monthly payout caps, you can limit the amount of earnings that an affiliate can earn in a day or in a month. Leave the field blank or enter '0' if you don't want a cap for this offer.
Daily and Monthly Revenue Caps
If your need to cap the revenue coming in form this affiliate, you can make these changes in the Daily Revenue and Monthly Revenue fields. Leave the field blank or enter '0' if you don't want a cap for this offer.
If the affiliate meets the conversion cap, payout cap, or revenue cap then traffic will be redirected to the redirect offer (if specified) or will be taken to a blank page.
Conversion Pixels/URLs
Manage third party pixels provided by an affiliate. Affiliates can upload their own third party HTML Code, image pixels, and post back URLs. These are all recorded in the Conversion Pixels panel of the affiliate's profile page. Add a new conversion pixels/URLs for your affiliates by clicking the link in the upper right. Tracking Domains
This section lets you select what tracking domain you want to have this affiliate use for either all offers or for each specific offer. This list shows the configuration for each custom specified domain setting. Click 'View' to see all the tracking domains configured for this affiliate. Click 'Add' to create a new tracking domain setting.
To use this feature, you must have multiple tracking domains enabled and added successfully to the system. Click here to learn how to add custom tracking domains.
Add Tracking Domain
- Offer - This lets you select an offer the affiliate is approved for. If you want the tracking domain to be used on all offers, then leave the value at 'All Offers'.
- Tracking Domain - Select the configured custom tracking domain from the dropdown.
Signup Question Responses
If you have custom signup questions for affiliates when they apply for your network, you can view them in this section. If you need to make changes to any of the answers, then you can click 'Edit' in the top of the section and manually change the answers.
