HasOffers in 5 Minutes

Welcome to HasOffers, a white-labeled tracking and management software for affiliate networks. This getting started guide quickly covers the most basic functions of running your own affiliate network.

Customize Application

Setting up your network's preferences is a great place to start. Under the Company tab, select Customize Application. Here you can customize your account, billing, support and other network settings including application logo, colors, and design, as well as footer links, sign-up questions and terms and conditions. Pro and Enterprise users can adjust their fraud settings and set up their custom domain and custom tracking link. 

Add Employees 

Under the Company tab, select Add Employees to create additional network user accounts. Specify each user's account permissions in order to limit their access according to their role or job position. 

Add Offers

Under the Offers tab, select Create Offer. Enter the Offer details such as the Offer URL, Payout and Tracking Settings. Once you click Add Offer, the Tracking Pixel code will be auto-generated. When placed properly, this pixel will fire and record a conversion in your network.

Upload Creative Files

To upload creative files for affiliates to use in offer campaigns, select Creative Files under the Offers tab and follow the Add Creatives link in the upper right. Upload multiple files to multiple offers at once. 

Place Conversion Pixel

Give your advertiser the Tracking Pixel Code to place on the confirmation page of their offer, i.e. the Thank You, Order Completed or Credit Card Confirmation page. The advertiser must place the conversion tracking pixel on the confirmation page (the page after a conversion) near the opening body tag.

Affiliate Sign-up

Once your offers have been created and tested, affiliates can start signing up to your network. Affiliates will sign up using the Affiliate Sign Up link from your same login page (i.e. yournetwork.hasoffers.com or your custom domain). If, under Customize Application, you have your Affiliate Accounts set to Require Approval, you must approve each affiliate sign-up under the Affiliates tab by selecting Pending Affiliates before they can login and start pushing traffic to your offers. 

Generating Tracking Links

While logged in, you or your affiliates can generate offer tracking links for each campaign (Offers Tab > Manage Offers > (select Offer) > Generate Tracking Links). In the Generate Tracking Links table, select the affiliate account and a tracking link will be generated in the box below. Click E-mail Tracking Link to send it to your affiliate. To publish a banner or generate email creative code, select a file from the Creative Code drop down menu and the source code, with the embedded tracking link, will generate automatically. You can also email this directly to your affiliate.

Generate Tracking Reports

See the status of your offers and campaigns through a variety of reports listed under the Reports tab. View conversions and clicks by offer, affiliate, country, day and much more. Discover where your conversions are coming from in the Referral Report; see the IP address and sub id of each conversion in the Conversion Report; or, view the Ad Server Report to see click and conversion notices, debugs, or errors. 

Manage Affiliate Billing

View each affiliate's balance and billing history or create affiliate invoices and manage payments under the Billing tab. You can store check, wire and PayPal details in each account, set payment terms, or export positive balances in PayPal.s Mass Payment File Format. Invoices auto-generate in each account according to individual payment terms if this preference is turned on (Company > Customize Application > Settings/Affiliate > Affiliate Billing Options/Auto Generate Invoices)

Under the Support tab, you have access to the HasOffers manual, an eBook detailing every element in the application, a Support Forum where you can view answers to questions or ask your own, a Glossary of affiliate terms, and a Contact page to email us. You can also chat live with a specialist by clicking the Live support is online link in the top right.
