FAQ on Offer Exchange Phase Out
What will happen to my offers?
Your offers will continue to be connected to the networks you are currently doing business with, however the offer will now appear as a regular offer, giving networks the ability to change offer settings, etc.
What will happen to my affiliate links?
All affiliate links will be mapped over to ensure the flow of traffic continues. This is a seamless transition.
How will you charge me moving forward?
Since we wont utilize technology to seamlessly connect the two networks, there will no longer be a service charge for offers and networks that were previously connected using the offer exchange.
Why are you doing this?
As HasOffers continues to build new technologies, it has become important to completely separate each network for the sake of scalability. Please stay tuned for updates to Mobile App Tracking and Adtribution; to learn more about our future plans. We promise you'll love it!
What about the money I paid for the Offer Exchange before?
Unfortunately, we can not refund previous service charges. These charges were required for operating on the Offer Exchange. Because this technology is closing, we will no longer need to support the infrastructure, and thus we will no longer be charging you for these relationships.
