To manage offers, hover over the Offers tab and select Manage Offers to view all of your offers on one screen. You can sort by any of the columns by clicking on the column header, or you may use the search box to looks for an offer name. You can view stats for offers by changing the view stats from and to dates. You can also filter by offer status. The Manage Offers page shows active, pending, paused, and deleted offers. Affiliates are only able to see the "Active" offers that they have permission to see.

Edit Offer Details

The Details panel on the View Offer allows you to view and the main offer detail settings. Click Edit in the upper right corner of the panel to make changes to existing settings. Once finished editing, be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Detail settings on this page include: Advertiser, Name, Description, Preview URL, Default Offer URL, Conversion Tracking, Status, Expiration, Categories

Find Offer Tracking Pixel (advertiser pixel)

Next to the Edit link in the upper right corner of the Details panel, click Tracking Pixel. Here you will find the pixel that should be placed on the conversion page of your offer. This code will vary depending on the type of Conversion Tracking you have chosen to use. This page also provides information about adding unique information for advertisers (Sub IDs) and how to pass in the sale amounts for each conversion.

Test Tracking Pixel - The Tracking Pixel page also provides a test link that can be used while the offer is still in Pending status.

Emailing a Tracking Pixel - Enter the email address you wish to send a tracking pixel to and click the Send button. If you have set custom email name servers, an email will go out the email you submitted from the email address you have specified. Otherwise, the email will come from the Title of your network with the address, do-not-reply@adappsolutions.com.

Placing an Offer Tracking Pixel

Just like placing Google Analytics code, simply copy code provided on the Tracking Pixel page and place it before the closing body tag on the conversion page of your offer. Once this pixel has been placed correctly on a conversion page, any user that arrives at this page will be counted as a conversion in the HasOffers system. Generate Tracking Links

The Generate Tracking panel allows you to quickly create tracking links for your affiliates. Select the affiliate for whom you wish to generate a link, choose an Offer URL (if enabled), and the tracking link will immediately appear. Affiliates that log into your Affiliate Network can also generate tracking links in this same way.

Manage Affiliate Access

Approve specific affiliates for offers that are set to Private or block affiliates from promoting an offer in the Affiliate Access panel. Select the affiliate you wish to approve or block and click the appropriate link. Blocking affiliates will cause the offer to disappear from their interface and will cause all tracking links generated for that affiliate to go dead.

Third Party Conversion Pixels/URLs

Affilaites often have their own tracking systems and need to pass in their own conversion pixels to track conversions along with the HasOffers system. The Conversion Pixels/URLs panel allows you to add third party pixels for your affiliates, however, affiliates can also add their own pixels through their interface. You can choose whether to allow all third party pixels from affiliates to be approved, require approval for each one, or disable this feature for affiliates on the Affiliate Settings page. To add a conversion pixel for an affiliate, choose the affiliate, select the type of conversions pixel you are uploading, and place the pixel code in the space provided. Then click Save.

View/Add Creatives for an Offer

The bottom panel, titled Creative Files, provides a list of all the creative files associated with a particular offer. This list provides the name, type, and link for each creative, as well as a link for previewing and downloading each creative. A link at the bottom left of this panel allows users to download all creatives for this offer in a single zip file. Adding more creatives to this list is simple. Click Add Creatives in the upper right corner of the Creative Files panel. The following page allows you to choose the offer, select the creative type, choose whether to privatize, and browse your local computer for the files you wish to upload. You can also upload more than one creative using this browse function by using shift and control/command keys. The Add Creatives page is also reachable from the Creative Files page.

Edit Affiliate Payouts

The upper right panel titled Payout provides the current payout settings for this particular offer. You will see both Default Payout and Revenue Value. By clicking Edit you can change the type of payout as well as the values for default payout and Revenue of Sales. If Offer Tiers are enabled, then you can also adjust the payout for each payout tier from this page. In order view Payout Tiers must be generated on the Payout Tiers page under the Affiliates tab.

Custom Payouts

You can create custom payouts for any offer by clicking Affiliate Payouts the upper right corner of the Payout Panel on the View Offer page. This brings you to the Offer Affiliate Settings page. Add a new custom payout by clicking ADD in the upper right corner of the panel. Choose the affiliate, click ADD, choose the payout amount or percentage, and click ADD. You can make quick payout adjustments or immediate delete a custom payout directly from the Offer Affiliate Settings page. After making any changes on this page, be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page.

Affiliate Payout and Revenue

With the affiliate payouts you can assign a custom payout for the affiliate to override the standard payout for that offer. If you are also receiving a different revenue for this affiliates conversion, the you can also set this next to the Payout field.

Daily and Monthly Conversion Caps

You can specify the number of conversions that you can allow this affiliate to receive on either a daily or monthly basis. For the Daily Conversions field, enter the number of conversions that affiliate can receive in one day. Leave the field blank or enter '0' if you don't want a cap for this offer. The Monthly conversion cap field will allow you to set a cap to the amount of conversions for each month.

Daily and Monthly Payout Caps

With daily and monthly payout caps, you can limit the amount of earnings that an affiliate can earn in a day or in a month. Leave the field blank or enter '0' if you don't want a cap for this offer.

Daily and Monthly Revenue Caps

If your need to cap the revenue coming in form this affiliate, you can make these changes in the Daily Revenue and Monthly Revenue fields. Leave the field blank or enter '0' if you don't want a cap for this offer.

If the affiliate meets the conversion cap, payout cap, or revenue cap then traffic will be redirected to the redirect offer (if specified) or will be taken to a blank page.

Offer Settings

The Settings panel on an Offer page allows you to view and edit basic offer settings such as: Private Offer, Require Approval, Display Advertiser, and SEO Friendly Links To learn more about each of these settings see documentation under Create Offers.

Offer Targeting=

The Targeting panel provides information about which countries and browsers a specific offer is targeted toward as well as which offer Groups it belongs to. Click Edit to use a simple add/remove interface to change these settings, and be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page.. Offer Tracking

View tracking settings for a specific offer on the Tracking panel. Click Edit to change these settings. When finished making changes, be sure to click the Save button at the bottom of the page. Settings under this panel include: Redirect Offer, Secondary Offer, Cookie Lifespan, Conversion Cap, Custom Variables, Website LInks, Multiple Conversions, Start Session Tracking, Subscription, and Offer Monitoring To learn more about these settings, see documentation under Create Offers.

Offer URLs

View each URL this offer can redirect to in the URLS panel on the Offer page. Preview and edit each URL from this page, or click ADD to include new URLs that this offer can be directed toward. Clicking Add brings you to the Add URL page where you can designate the Name, Preview URL, and Offer URL. Complete this process by clicking the Add button at the bottom of the page.

Thumbnail

If offer thumbnails preferences is enabled, you can upload a thumbnail image for each offer. Supported image formats are gif, jpg, jpeg, and png. Thumbnails are scaled down to 100px width (proportionate height). When viewing an offer, in the offer details panel there will be a link to Add Thumbnail. Thumbnails will be visible by affiliates in their interface as well as employees in the admin interface. After you have specified a thumbnail image for an offer, you can upload a new one by clicking Change Thumbnail underneath the thumbnail image in the offer details panel.

Email Instructions

Offers tab > Suppression Lists View Suppression Lists associated with Email offers in the E-Mail Instructions panel. Download the suppression list and copy the unsubscribe link for placing in emails. Affiliates will see this same panel within their Affiliate Interface. Create suppression lists, add emails, and attach lists to specific offers on the Suppression Lists page.
