HasOffers is an Internationalized application. It has been built to support any language. By default the application has been set to English, but has already been translated into many languages. A list of translated languages can be found below.
Internationalization is only for Enterprise and Dedicated Solution clients. Basic and Professional clients are required to upgrade to enable their application to use a non-English language.
The application is currently translated in these languages. Chinese (simplified), Czech, Dutch, French, German, German, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Spanish and Turkish. Enterprise and Dedicated Solutions clients just need to read the section on Changing Application Languages.
If we don't currently have the language you require, follow the steps below to create a translation file that may upload to your application. The application uses static translation files to localize the application to your desired language. All data data entered, uploaded, or recorded is stored in UTF-8 format and is not translated.

Upload Custom PO File
Networks now have the ability to upload PO files to customize the language of their application, this use to be a very time consuming process however we have made it easy by following a few steps: This feature allows you to really customize your application, some possible scenarios include things such as changing the word "Affiliates" to "Publishers" or even hard-coding your company name in the PO files.
In order to upload a PO file Hover the compant tab->customize application->application Settings page
Click the link next to Language that says "Upload Custom PO Files".
The top of the page lists our default PO files. You can select one of the default PO files from the drop down menu and download it. Once downloaded, the PO File can be edited like usual with PO Edit. It can be downloaded for free from here: http://www.poedit.net/download.php
Once the PO file is ready, it can be upload right within your application. The user selects the file and then the Language it is for. Once upload it will appear in the custom PO File table. These custom PO files over-ride the default PO file. Networks can also take one of the PO files and create another language out of it. We have default PO files for 8 languages. You can upload PO files for over 100 different languages.
Custom Languages are only available for Enterprise clients
Can I remove a custom PO file?
Any custom PO file can be removed. If they are removed, then it reverts back to the default PO file
Multiple Languages
You can enable users to specify their own language preference to view the application. You can allow multiple languages by enabling it in the Application Settings page. Once a user specifies their own language preference in their user settings, then only their interface will display the application using the specified language.
Once enabled, all users can set their language preference by going to My Account and then specifying the Language in the Settings panel.
