The Options section above each report allows you to complete customize each report. After setting new data, statistics, calcuations, timeframe, etc. click the Run Report button to immediately create your customized report.

Data

Choose the specific data points that you want to see in your customized report. By clicking the box next to a specific data point, a new column will be created in the report. Data points range from including the offer or affiliate name to including Sub IDs, IP addresses, Countries, Browsers, and more. Data points do vary on each type of report. For example, Sub IDs are only available on the Conversion Report.

Statistics

Available for click level reporting, Statistics allows you to choose which statistics are provided in your customized report. Choose to display impressions, gross clicks, unique clicks, cost, revenue, sales, or profit by clicking the box to the left of each selection.

Calculations

Available for click level reporting, Calculations allows you to make automatic statistics calculations such as Click through rate, Conversion Rate, Cost per Thousand Impressions, Cost per Click, Cost per Action and more by clicking the box the the left of each selection.

CTR - CTR stands for Click Through Rate.  This is the number of clicks divided by the number of impressions.

CPA - CPA stands for Cost Per Acquisition. This is the amount of revenue a publisher receives when he generates a conversion for an advertiser. For example, the publisher may place an ad for an investment site on his website. If a user clicks on the advertisement link, he or she is directed to the advertiser's website where she can sign up for an investment account. If she chooses to sign up, a conversion has been created and the publisher is paid a certain amount based on the CPA.

RPM - RPC stands for Electronic Rate Per Thousand Impressions. This refers to the rate paid out per click for online promotions.

CR - CR stands for Conversion Rate. This is calculated by dividing conversions by clicks and multiplying by 100.

RPC - RPC stands for Electronic Rate Per Click. This refers to the rate paid out per click for online promotions.

Interval

Available for click level reporting, Interval allows you to divide up statistics based on Year, Month, Week, Date, or Hour.

Filters

Available for all reports, filtering helps you drill down to specific affiliates, Managers, Advertisers, Offers, Campaigns, Creatives, Browsers, and Countries. Choose the option you wish to filter your report by and select the specific filter. You can choose more than one by holding the Ctrl key. For example, to filter by a specific offer, check the box to the left of 'Offer' and choose the offer for which you want to see statistics.

Timeframe

Generate a customized report for a specific range of time. Choose a preset by toggling or set specific dates in the fields provided. When finished setting your timeframe, click the Run Report button.

Timezone

You can have the summary stats or conversion data adjusted to a new timezone by selecting the new timezone from the drop down menu. The data will then be shifted from the network's default timezone to the new timezone based on the hours differences.

Saved Report

Individual Stat Reports can now be saved. They are saved with the data, statistics and filters. These saved reports can then be loaded from the report page. Links to saved reports are included in the “Quick Links” panel on the snapshot page for quick and easy access to regularly run reports.
