Customer Lists are a way to collect additional information about each conversion that is passed from your advertiser. An example of this would be on each conversion the advertiser would pass the email, first name, last name, address, postal code and phone number of each conversion, they could do this with the customer lists feature.

Create Customer List
To create a new customer list go to the Offers dropdown, and select 'Customer Lists'. At the top of the customer list table, click on the 'Add Customer List' link. Here is where the customer list is setup.
Details
For the detail section, you can enter the name of the customer list.
Attributes
An attribute is a value for each field you want to pass information to the customer list on conversion. For example, you can give the first attribute name "Email", and you would pass the email address to this attribute on each conversion.
At first all you are going to see is one attribute field for this customer list. If you want to add more, click the 'Add Attribute' link below the filed and another filed will appear. If you have added too many attribute fields and you want to remove one, simply click the '(Remove)' link to the right of the field, and it will disappear.
Once you have given a name and created the attributes to a customer list, go ahead and click the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. Your customer list should now be created.
Adding a Customer List to an Offer
Once a customer list is created and active, you can now add that customer list to an offer and can start collecting the desired information from each conversion.
First, go to Offers > Manage Offers and in that list, open the desired offer. Once in the offer page, go to the tracking section on the right and click 'Edit'. Scroll down to the bottom of the offer tracking settings to the second-to-last setting labeled 'Customer List' and select the desired customer list from the dropdown. Once selected, you can click 'Save' and the offer will have added the customer list.
The next step is grabbing the updated conversion pixel/postback url for this offer with the customer list attributes added. Go back to the offer details page and in the Details section, click 'Tracking'. In the pixel code field you can see the conversion pixel/postback url with the customer list attributes appended to the end. Here is an example of an iframe pixel with two customer list attributes appended; Email and Phone:

In this example, your advertiser would then pass the email address and phone number to the conversion pixel so that when the pixel is loaded, the EMAIL and PHONE placeholders will have the correct information in their place.
Edit a Customer List
If you need to change the name, or add attributes to a customer, go to Offers > Customer Lists and open the customer list. To change the name or status of the customer list, click 'Edit' in the Attributes section.
To add attributes to a customer list, click on the 'Add Attribute' link in the customer list page and you can create a new attribute field. Click 'Save' to add the new attribute to the customer list.
Editing Customers
If you want to edit the fields for each customer, in the list for all customers, you can click 'Edit' in that customers row. Once you are done making changes, click 'Save' for changes to take effect.
Exporting Customer List
If you want to export the customer list to your machine, you can click the 'CSV' link and the list will be downloaded to your machine in a CSV file.
Delete a Customer List
To delete a customer list, click 'Edit' in the Attributes section. Set the status to Deleted and save. This will remove the customer list from the list of active customer lists.
