Introduction
Advertisers are provided with the real features they need for successful offers and monitoring performance. Advertisers experience real control over their offers with offer management features, advanced tracking, and detailed reporting.
Signing In
You will be contacted by an account manager or directly from your network after your offer has been approved. We will manually create your advertiser account for you and email you the login details. Once you have received your account details, you can log in. You may change your email address and password or update your account and user details at any time.
Support
When you first login to your new account, check out the Support tab for tips to help you get started. The Support section includes help and contact information.
Live Support is Online
If "Live support is online" is displayed in the top right corner of your screen, you may click on the link connect directly to a live chat session with network support.
My Account
As an advertiser in the network, you have access to account management and statistics. The advertiser settings can be changed at anytime by visiting the “My Account" link under the “Account” Tab.
Update Your User Information
To update your User Information, hover over the “Account” tab and select “My Account”. Click the “edit” link located next to the "User Details" table. You can change your name, email and phone number by entering your new account details in the spaces provided. Be sure to click the "Update" button to save your new information.
Update Your Account Information
To update your Account Information, hover over the “Account” tab and select “My Account". Click the "edit" link located next to the "Account Details" table. You can change your company name, address, and phone number by entering your new account details in the spaces provided; click "Save" to update.
Reset Your Password
To change your password, hover over the “Account” tab and select "Manage Users". Choose a user by clicking on their name. On the following page, click the "Change password" link in the User Details table. Enter the current password and the new password you would like to save. Click the "update" button to save changes.
Snapshot
The "Snapshot" page quickly gives you an overview of offer activity for the day. It also provides you with simple graphs for both cost and leads. Altering the date parameters for these illustrations is easy; simply edit the selection in the box located next to "View Stats for." You can also go to the “Quick Links” section for reporting shortcuts.
Quick Links
The "Quick Links" section provides shortcuts to customized stat reports. You can save time without creating a new report or searching through the “Reports” tab by visiting the "Quick Links" section. To view the “Quick links", select the "Snapshot" tab.
Today’s Stats
The "Today's Stats" link is a shortcut to a custom report that gives you an overview of leads and cost for the day. The report is set in real-time so you will get the most accurate offer statistics for the day.
Today’s Stats by Offer
The “Today’s Stats by Offer” link is a shortcut to view today’s stats grouped by offer. Use this link to see leads and cost for each individual offer.
Today’s Conversions by Offer
The “Today’s Conversions by Offer” link is a shortcut to view unique tracking info details for each conversion. Use this link to view each offer conversion’s tracking info, IP address, and cost.
Managing Offers
As an advertiser in our network, there is no limit to the materials you can submit for each offer. Whether offers are location specific, seasonal, or have multiple landing page creatives, we provide everything you need to manage your offers successfully. Our network has control to add any of these features for you.
Unlimited Offers
There is no limit to the number of offers you can create. Categorize and manage an unlimited number of campaigns. Submit the offer to our network and we will generate tracking links for affiliates to start marketing your offers. An affiliate can retrieve the specific tracking link, add it to their site and begin promoting your offer.
Creating Offers
You can add offers to our network at any time. Place your cursor over the “Offers” tab and select “Create Offer”. You will need to fill out the Offer Information table and click “Add Offer”.
Offer Name
Create a name for you offer. This name will be displayed to our network, and when approved this is the name that will appear to affiliates as well as in statistic reports. Be sure to name your offers appropriately, and pay close attention to capitalization and punctuation.
Offer Description
The Offer Description is a brief introduction to the offer. You can provide this to our affiliates to help them make more informed decisions about the offers they choose to promote.
Offer Preview Url
The Preview URL is the basic landing page without geo targeting. This allows affiliates to preview a sample landing page for the offer they are promoting. Affiliates are shown the Preview URL and allowed to preview the offer.
Offer Creative URL
A creative URL refers to the actual URL where users will arrive. This link is to a specific landing page and usually includes your tracking info along with other tracking variables. You can also add multiple Creative URLs to all existing offers.
Offer Conversion Tracking
Select your type of conversion tracking. Select HTTP or HTTPS if the conversion tracking pixel is being placed on a web page. If HTTPS is selected, affiliate pixels are required to be HTTPS as well. Select Server Response if you are using another program to register leads for the offer. See Tracking an Offer for more details.
Multiple Landing Pages
You can specify multiple landing page variations for a single offer. Submit as many landing page variations as you wish to our network. Affiliates have access to generate specific links for each variation.
Adding Multiple Creative URLs to Offers
You may add multiple creative URLs to each offer. Once an offer has been created, hover over the “Offers” tab and select “Creative Files”. From the drop down menu, select the offer for which you want to add additional landing pages. Enter the landing page’s name, preview URL and creative URL; click “Add”.
Creative Files
You can specify the creative files for an offer by submitting the tracking link, and it will be promoted by our affiliates. Email your creative files to our network and we will create and manage your creative files for you.
Geo-Targeting
Target offers to specific geo-locations. Offers can be targeted by country. The system has extremely accurate IP Intelligence to ensure offers are displayed to targeted audiences. Specify the geo-targeting for each offer and we will put these limits in place.
Parameters
Affiliates can pass unique information through the tracking URLs. They can update the offer creative URL to include {params}. Params can pass unique information about the potential lead to your landing page. For example, the params can redirect the potential lead to a different version of the landing page or pre-populate the offer landing page with unique information such as an email address or mobile number. You must then decode the passed_params in the URL to retrieve the value of the site, and the final landing page will be pre-populated with the potential lead’s unique information (such as their mobile number).
Offer Tracking
Tracking offers accurately provides valuable information about the success of various campaigns. Access to unique information by conversion allows advertisers to consider which campaigns and creative’s are most effective, helping them to focus on strategies that work.
Conversion Tracking Protocol
The Conversion Tracking Protocol is used when the conversion tracking pixel is placed on an offer. This allows you to keep track of leads for an offer. The five types of conversion tracking protocol available are HTTP iFrame, HTTPS iFrame, HTTP IMG, HTTPS IMG and server response.
HTTP iFrame and HTTPS iFrame Conversion Tracking
HTTP and HTTPS are types of tracking protocol that are used when the advertiser conversion tracking pixel is placed on an offer. When HTTPS protocol is selected, affiliate pixels are required to be HTTPS as well. HTTP iFrame and HTTPS iFrame support third-party affiliate pixels.
HTTP IMG and HTTPS IMG Conversion Tracking
HTTP and HTTPS are types of tracking protocol that are used when the advertiser conversion tracking pixel is placed on an offer. IMG does not support third-party affiliate pixels.
Server Response Conversion Tracking
The Server Response Conversion tracking is a tracking option available if you use additional programs to register a lead for an offer. This tracking option requires that the {transaction_id} be included in the creative URL.
Advertiser Conversion Pixel
The advertiser conversion pixel is required by our network to ensure conversions are tracked and affiliates are paid by performance. This pixel tracks leads for an offer. The pixel must be placed on the confirmation page of an offer.
Advertiser Conversion Pixel Placement
You must place the conversion tracking pixel on the confirmation page near the opening body tag.

Reporting
You can view your statistics on conversions for your offers in real-time. You have complete flexibility with options to group and filter statistics by any variables. Access to statistics gives you a tangible way to monitor the progress of your offers.
Live Stats
All data is tracked, computed and displayed in real-time. Audit your success at any time with reports showing the most current information. View overall statistics or drill-down to more specific filtering for further insight. You can access reports by hovering over the “Reports” tab.
Custom Stats
To create a Custom Stats Report, run your cursor over the "Reports" tab and select "Offers Report". Choose the preselected date range or day you are interested in querying and click “Options” to group and or filter your data to get the most detailed custom report. You can group your data by Date, Hour, Month, Week, Year, Offer and/or Creative URL. You may also filter by Offer to analyze data for one or multiple offers at a time. You can export any report to CSV.
Conversion Tracking
To create a Conversion Tracking Report, hover over the “Reports” tab and select “Conversion Report”. The conversion tracking report displays unique information about each conversion for an offer. View the Sub ID, IP address and cost for each conversion. Query a specific day or date range and filter by Offer. You can export this report to CSV.
Grouping Data By
"Grouping data" organizes reporting details by a specific grouping. The Offers Report can be grouped by Date, Hour, Month, Week, Year, Offer and/or Creative URL. Select one or more ways to group data by. For example, if you grouped by Date and Offer, your report would display each Offer's leads for each day in your date range.
Filtering Data By
"Filtering data" refines reporting details by a specific data point. Reporting stats can be filtered by Offer. For example, if you filtered by Offer and selected a specific offer, only that offer's stats are displayed.
Exporting Reports
You can export any report in CSV by clicking the corresponding link in the top right corner of the table. To export a report in CSV simply select the CSV link and you will be will be prompted to open the CSV file with Excel or other compatible computer programs.
Fraud Protection
We take affiliate fraud very seriously. Our advanced built in tools help monitor and prevent fraud. We give you the ability to assign parameters around key elements that may be indicative of fraud. For instance, you can assign a conversion threshold that warns you when certain affiliates have far exceeded your average conversion rates. Please communicate these conversion thresholds to our network and we will put them in place.
