Ad Manager Charges
HasOffers charges Media Usage fees for any creative files displayed from the HasOffers network. Thus, any creatives served in campaigns with the Ad Manager are subject to media usage fees. Media usage fees are calculated by multiplying the size of the creative files times the number of times displayed. Media usage fees are one dollar ($1.00) per gigabyte of creative files transferred. If CDN is enabled, media usage fees are two dollars ($2.00) per gigabyte of creative files transferred.
