- level - Numeric value used to order.
- Values: (int)
- is_default - Used when determining offer payouts for an affiliate. The default tier is used when an affiliate is not assign to a specific tier. One affiliate tier must always be assign as default, setting field to 1.
- Values: 0, 1

- status - Default active.
- Values: active, deleted
