I can't login or I get logged out during session?
If you have an active account but have problems logging in or get logged out during a session, this is being caused by enhanced security that locks down a session to a specific IP address. By locking down a session to a specific IP address, another person can't hijack your session from a different computer and login to your account. During your session, your external IP addresses changes which causes your session to not match the original IP you started the session with. This can be caused by using HasOffers from a network that has several external IP addresses. You can disable this enhanced security feature from the My Account page. Then from the Settings panel set "Enforce Session IP" to No. By default all users have this security setting set to Yes - enforcing sessions to match IP address. Network employees can also change this setting for affiliate or advertisers users from the corresponding Manage Users.

Is there an option that gives me the ability to block referrers for all my links from advertisers?
You can block advertisers from receiving referral URLs from affiliates by enabling the Hide Referrals setting. You can enable this setting by hovering over Company tab and selecting Customize Application. Then select the Tracking settings page. Enabling this Hide Referrals features removes the referral URL from affiliates’ traffic before sending it to the advertisers offer. This function uses a double meta refresh - two meta refreshes - to remove referral URLs from affiliate traffic sources. Your network's ad servers respond to tracking link requests on your tracking domain first. Then the ad server redirects back to itself with a meta refresh (first meta refresh). It is best to have a custom tracking domain setup. Finally the redirect page on you tracking domain redirects the user to the offer URL using a second meta refresh. This double meta refresh method effectively removes affiliate referral URLs and blocks advertisers from seeing referral URLs of affiliate traffic sources, however not a Double Meta Refresh doesn't work in all browsers such as Chrome, Opera, and Safari, the steps our hiding referrals takes to ensure referrals are hidden for all browsers Our system does up to 4 refreshes - not just two meta refreshes - to hide referrals.
- Step 1 - First one does a meta refresh to itself.
- Step 2 - If referral blank or set as tracking domain, redirect to offer url. If there is still a referral set, it does a javascript redicect back to itself
- Step 3 - If referral blank or set as tracking domain, redirect to offer url. If there is still a referral set, it does an auto form submit back to itself
- Step 4 - If referral blank or set as tracking domain, redirect to offer url. If there is still a referral set, it goes to a page that says "Click to Continue" which makes the redirect page the referral when the user clicks.
Less than 0.5% (1/2 of a percent or less) make it to the 4th refresh. The redirects are usually cleared with the first two, the third javascript clears most remaining.
