The Faces of HasOffers
Peter Hamilton CEO, Partner
Born and raised in west Texas, Peter began his early career in classical music as a trained opera singer. His travels and interests in internet content eventually lead him to explore user experience and online discovery in 2005 when he began to develop skills in online marketing from SEO and display to performance marketing. Peter met partners Lucas and Lee in 2009, which gave him an opportunity to provide a solution for marketers with a data driven product for tracking and attributing performance for advertising relationships. The original product, HasOffers.com, was a quick success and with only founder funds the company continued to grow at 100% year over year. In November 2011, the company launched MobileAppTracking.com which quickly became the global leader in attributing mobile app advertising with clients like Supercell, Kayak, ABC.com, Spotify, Uber, and HotelTonight, and in May 2013 HasOffers raised $9.4 million from Accel Partners. Peter resides in Seattle, WA, the location of the HasOffers headquarters.
Lucas Brown CPO, Founder
Lucas and his twin brother Lee began their first businesses before high school in their hometown of Elma, WA. They quickly found this world suited him, launching other successful businesses in college and reporting their first million dollars in revenue as sophomores in their dorms. Developing unique solutions for their own ad network, Lucas had the foresight to white-label their technologies to empower other businesses, which quickly became the birth of HasOffers. As Chief Product Officer, Lucas leads agile product teams that strive to quickly meet the needs of an ever growing client base. As a founder, Lucas and his twin brother Lee supported the company in the beginning, growing to profitability by 2010. Lucas’ expertise in complex business models, integrations, implementations, and his constant drive for innovation make him a cornerstone of this Seattle based startup. Lucas graduated from Babson College in Boston, MA.
Lee Brown CTO, Founder
Identical twin and co-founder Lee Brown leads the development of the core technologies of HasOffers. From an early age of 11, his interest in programming and Internet technologies led the brothers to build websites for local businesses and eventually their own content driven websites. Building ad serving technology in 2006 led him to contribute a shared memory object to the Apache community. As CTO at HasOffers, Lee is on the front lines of scalability and flexibility, spearheading an API driven data layer and unique solutions for utilizing Amazon Web Services to host all HasOffers products and technologies for industry leading uptime and performance. Lee graduated from Babson College in Boston, MA.
Cameron Stewart GM, HasOffers.com
As VP of Sales, Cameron actively contributes to business development and product strategies while working directly with HasOffers’ and MobileAppTracking’s global client base. Before joining the company in 2009, Cameron worked with Robert Half International for Fortune 500 clients, developing and maintaining relationships by consulting corporations on their organizational development and staffing needs. Since joining HasOffers in 2009, Cameron has combined his business development and leadership experience with customer centric views to deliver an experience that revolutionizes customer care standards in the industry. Cameron graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics.
Ralf Hirt Chief Revenue Officer
Ralf leads our worldwide sales organization and business expansion. Prior to this he has been an executive at Glam Media in charge of building the international business and heading global business development. During his six and a half years tenure Glam Media launched full operations in main markets including UK, Germany, France, Canada, Japan and South Korea, set up partnerships for China, Russia, Australia, South East Asia, MEA and LATAM, executed several M&A’s and secured significant local and corporate investment.
Previously Hirt, a native of Germany and US resident, held various management positions during a nine years career at DoubleClick (Google) in New York, Hong Kong, Sydney and London, including VP of Operations, Sr. Dir. Publishers North America/LATAM and Managing Director Asia Pacific. Hirt also served as a director of the board of the ADMA, Asian Digital Marketing Association, and DoubleClick Japan KK, listed at Hercules in Tokyo. In 1996 he initially had entered the marketing technology industry when joining a CRM firm operated by Publicis Omnicom Group these days.
The combination of working with web and mobile publishers, advertisers and agencies from all over the world as well as circling the globe innumerable times he developed a desire to make the invisible global and local developments visible and to maximize that knowledge, putting it into perspective and understandable context. The result is 8W8, the New World Modeling Engine, which he has introduced in his fiction work “8W8 – Global Space Tribes”, www.8W8.com, an Amazon category bestseller. He also co-authored Infrastructure & Productivity in Asia, Palgrave Press, London.
Micah Gantman VP, Business Dev. & Ops.
Micah is the Vice President of Business Development and Operations at HasOffers. He joined HasOffers in 2010 as the company’s Business Development Manager and is considered the first employee behind the MobileAppTracking product. He has contributed to MobileAppTracking’s success and helped it gain recognition as the leader in mobile attribution analytics by building key client relationships and strategic mobile partnerships worldwide. Micah joined HasOffers with a strong background in enterprise level SaaS sales, hyperlocal display advertising, performance marketing, and mobile marketing analytics. Today he is focused on identifying strategic initiatives while scaling business development and customer success teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Micah also acts as an advisor for early stage mobile focused start-ups.
Crystal DiCarlo Vice President, Finance
Crystal joined founders Lucas and Lee in early 2008, and instantly synergized with their drive and entrepreneurial spirit. In the scrappy startup days of HasOffers, Crystal wore many different hats; from financial reporting, bookkeeping, and payroll management to conference exhibiting and office management, her varied roles gave her hands-on experience to successfully manage a breadth of staff functions. Crystal now plays a vital role at HasOffers as VP of Finance, and helped grow the company from bootstrap to profitable in just over one year. Tactical and strategic from product inception to present day, Crystal shapes and executes pricing, billing, and operational strategies to accomplish objectives. She really enjoys forecasting models, key performance indicators, board summaries, and hot yoga.
Niek Sanders Vice President, Engineering
Niek manages the day-to-day engineering operations at HasOffers. Before joining HasOffers at the beginning of 2012, he spent almost nine years specializing in high-performance and scientific computing at a university research lab. When he is not recruiting amazing engineers or designing next-generation big data architectures, he can be found spreading his highly sophisticated sense of humor.
Brent Roraback Director of Product
For more than a dozen years, Brent has worked at the forefront of digital marketing technology, developing ad platforms and leading teams at companies such as Razorfish, Microsoft, and Amazon. Brent brings this deep expertise in software development and ad technology to his role as Director of Product Development at HasOffers, where he sets and defines the roadmap for the MobileAppTracking product. Brent’s focus is delighting HasOffers clients with innovative solutions to their mobile marketing challenges, ensuring that MobileAppTracking continues to be the industry leader in attribution analytics.
Danan Margason General Counsel
Born and raised in Seattle during the Microsoft boom and early Amazon years, Danan has been passionate about technology since the days of Lycos, AltaVista, AOL, and 14.4kbps modems. As In-House Counsel, Danan is able to utilize his experience, skills, and professional network to help HasOffers grow into a dominant player in the advertising industry. Danan manages a wide range of legal and business issues for HasOffers and MobileAppTracking, including IP portfolio growth, international expansion, privacy compliance, equity compensation, human resources, IP licensing, and VC funding. Before joining HasOffers, Danan rowed with the U.S. national team, studied philosophy at Rutgers University, and graduated from the University of Washington School of Law.
Chris Henry Senior Systems Engineer
Since joining Hasoffers in 2012 Chris has overseen all of the IT infrastructure of the company. He is primarily focused on the scalability and automation of the Hasoffers products as well as their global systems and network architecture. Chris joins Hasoffers with a background in managing and designing automated systems, highly available web clusters, and HPC/clustering. He also teaches the Unix/Linux Administration course at the University of Washington where he also graduated with a bachelor’s degree in CSE/Mathematics
Steve Burgess VP, Customer Service
Steve joined HasOffers in 2012 to lead HasOffers’ customer service team. With 15 years of experience in providing customer support at companies such as Microsoft and Amazon, Steve’s goal is to deliver a first-class support experience to HasOffers’ clients with proactive and reactive customer service by leading the U.S. and international support teams. Steve is a qualified ITIL Service Manager (v2) and has a BA(hons) in Recreation Management from Sheffield Hallam University.
Justin Vanning Director of Growth Mktg.
Justin joined the HasOffers team in January, 2014 as the Director of Growth Marketing. Justin is a creative marketer and problem solver who’s been working in the online marketing field for over 10 years. His passion is helping teams and companies grow whether that be focusing on revenue, customer counts, retention, brand identity, or simply growing new areas of the business. He’s a problem solver and data lover who firmly believes in thinking outside of the box, disrupting the norm and empowering his team as well as cross-departmental teams to come up with the best and most creative solutions to complex business problems. His team manages customer acquisition, paid advertising, brand marketing, PR, and on-site optimization amongst other growth marketing efforts. Justin was born and raised in Philadelphia before moving to the great northwest 6 years ago. When not at work you can find him snowboarding, playing tennis, hitting up his favorite Seattle bars or catching a live concert. He graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania with a BSBA in Marketing.
Jennifer Wong Director, Product Marketing
As the Director of Marketing at HasOffers, Jennifer’s primary focus is to develop clear strategy, brilliant marketers, and customer success. As a marketer for marketers, she fully understands the challenges that marketers face every day. She is an advocate for bridging the offline and online gap and across desktop and mobile platforms so that marketers can understand the full value of their performance marketing campaigns. Jennifer is a frequent contributor to industry publications and conference speaker, and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington.
Aryeh Altshul M.D. of International Ops.
As Director of International Sales, Aryeh oversees all business development and support for HasOffers products outside of the United States. With a primary focus on strategic local markets, Aryeh also supervises operations for the first HasOffers international office located in Tel Aviv, Israel. Through managing the Sales, Support and Account Management teams in Tel Aviv, Aryeh ensures that clients around the world receive the the highest level support possible. Aryeh has a BA in Business Administration and Marketing from Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.
Bryan Kim Director of Business
As Director of Business Development Asia Pacific, Bryan Kim is responsible for growing sales and operations in Asia’s largest markets. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Bryan started his career in digital marketing upon graduating from Santa Clara University, receiving his degree in Management Information Systems. He first entered the mobile arena in 2009 as the Head of Business Development for a mobile gaming studio, eventually being acquired in 2011. Bryan joined HasOffers during the summer of 2013 and will be operating out of Seoul, Korea.
Patrick Hearron Director of Sales
As Director of Sales at HasOffers, Patrick is passionate about encouraging people and driving growth. Patrick is responsible for the innovative and exceptional business development that leads the performance tracking industry. He joined the HasOffers team in 2009, coming from a background in technology sales as well as a stint casting reality TV shows. Patrick is a Puyallup, Washington native, he holds an MBA from California Lutheran University with an emphasis in Organizational Development and Leadership and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Pacific Lutheran University.
Casey Ryan Director, Human Resources
Casey is a Northwest native, born and raised on Orcas Island. As the Director of Human Resources at HasOffers, he is responsible for organizational development. After graduating from Western Washington University with a degree in Psychology, Casey worked in IT and Management Consulting firms, partnering with clients across IT, Telecommunications, Financial, Non-Profit, and Government sectors. Through those experiences, Casey discovered a passion for facilitating high-quality organizational growth and continual process improvement. He is excited about the opportunity to support HasOffers during a time of innovation and explosive growth.
Raymund Bautista Director of Platform Partnerships
Raymund has worked with innovative media and technology companies in various business development, marketing and product strategy roles. At MobileAppTracking by HasOffers, he focuses in growing and maintaining relationships with integrated partners to create a sustainable supply channel eco-system. Prior to joining HasOffers, Raymund helped launch three successful advertising networks where he developed relationships with premium publishers and blue chip media companies, helping them enter the digital advertising sector at scale in the online video, mobile and IPTV environment. He holds a B.S. in Business Management from San Francisco State University.
David Schacht Creative Director
David joined HasOffers in 2011 after working as an interactive designer in the ad agency world, where he honed his skills and expertise by working on a wide range of digital projects for an equally wide range of big brands. Sensing the shift in the online advertising world, David left agency life to help shape the next generation of HasOffers’ products as well as the evolution of its brand. As the Creative Director at HasOffers, David is not only responsible for leading the creative team, but is a hands-on designer for both the product and marketing teams as well.
