We’ve got some pretty big projects under way at HasOffers, but we aren’t forgetting about the smaller requests we get every day. Here are the latest feature updates from the HasOffers Engineers. These features are live and available in your account now, so give us your feedback!
Conversion Notes and Conversion View
Now you can add notes to each conversion for your reference and to communicate with affiliates. Every note you add to a specific conversion will be viewed by the affiliate that cause the conversion, making this an excellent way to stay on the same page. in addition to that, you can click any row in the Conversion Report to view full details of an individual conversion. These features are a huge time saver and communication process.
Offer Notes
These are notes that you and your employees can attach to individual offers in the HasOffers tracking software. The notes are private, not available affiliates, and they are designed as an excellent way to communicate with your team internally about problems, changes, and things to look out for.
Adding and Updating Image Creatives for Email
Managing the image creatives included with each HTML Email creative just got easier. You can now choose which images to include, upload new images, or edit existing creatives after an HTML Email is already created.
Custom W9 link locations
By choosing where to host your W9 form, you can utilize your own W9 submission processes or simply send affiliates to a form that you choose host. Many networks have their own processes online for submitting w9’s, and customizing the W9 location allows them to use these processes.
Added RPM column in the campaign table
View RPM (revenue per thousand impressions) and CTR (click through rate) directly from the “View Campaigns” page. These are vital life signs of your campaigns and easily compared at the management level. This saves you time when and keeps you dialed in to the overall performance of each campaign. Simply click the links for these metrics to sort your campaigns in ascending or descending order.
Update referral_id on Affiliate Import
When importing affiliate information via CSV, you can now include your affiliate’s referrer. This is a simple, yet important piece for larger networks migrating over to HasOffers or bringing new contacts to the table.
