Lucas Brown
President and CEO
Co-Founder

As CEO of Adapp, Lucas ensures the highest level of product development. Lucas oversees all high level company strategy, concentrating on the profitability and growth of Adapp. As a founder of Tatto Media, one of the largest affiliate networks in the world, his established success provides Adapp with invaluable experience and industry knowledge. Mr. Brown graduated magna cum laude, from Babson College, with a focus in Legal Studies and Marketing. During his time at Babson, Lucas won awards for excelling in business plan development; including the Babson Business Plan Competition.

Lee Brown
CTO and Co-Founder

Mr. Brown has played the dominant role in programming and technology development since the creation of HasOffers. He has an extensive list of programming experience with core competencies in PHP and basic C programming. His contributions to programming communities played a key role in the development of a shared memory object for Apache. As CTO of Adapp, Lee directs the development of technology platforms, research and development, and project management, focusing his efforts on the technical vision of Adapp products. His experience as a founding officer of Tatto Media has equipped him for producing new industry shaping ad-serving technologies. Mr. Brown graduated magna cum laude from Babson College with a concentration in Finance and Information Systems.

Cameron Stewart
Vice President, Global Sales

As VP of Global Sales, Cameron actively contributes to business development strategies while working directly our global client base. Since joining Adapp, he has combined his business development and leadership experience with customer centric views to deliver an experience that revolutionizes customer care standards in this industry. Previously at Robert Half International, Cameron developed and maintained relationships with Fortune 500 clients by consulting corporations on their organizational development and staffing needs. Cameron graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s in Finance and Economics.

Peter Hamilton
Vice President, Marketing

Previously the Senior Project Manager of ArteWorks SEO (internet marketing agency), Peter has specialized in search engine optimization, public relations, account management, marketing management, social media, and multimedia over the term of his 6 year career in online marketing. As an entrepreneur, he began the first franchises of Clean Air Lawn Care in the Seattle area, providing low impact lawn maintenance to environmentally conscious consumers. Peter received his Bachelor's degrees in Film and Music from the University of Texas at Austin and continues to be involved with the Seattle music community.

Crystal DiCarlo
Vice President, Finance

As the VP of Finance, Crystal plans, directs, and coordinates the financial activities of Adapp with the highest level of precision and integrity. After receiving a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington, Crystal went on to serve as an Accountant for James Farrell & Co. as well as District Manager for Lejends Consulting, where she gained vast experience in accounts payable, sales, administration, account management, and international trade. Crystal enjoys an active lifestyle in the northwest including outdoor activities like snowboarding and backpacking in the Washington Cascades.

Grant Kidd
Senior Programming Engineer

At Adapp Solutions, Grant leads the HasOffers programming team and oversees the production process. He coordinates development strategy with management, guides his team through the conception and implementation of new features, and provides technical support to business development and administration. Grant began programming in 2005 creating online collaboration and distribution tools for an online music community. He began programming in a professional capacity at Name Intelligence, a high-volume site that provides a suite of services for the domain industry. Grant oversaw programming projects from design through implementation, including development and launch of a domain registration monitoring system. Grant graduated from the University of Washington with a bachelor’s in Ethnomusicology.

Dan Bair
Lead Application Developer

As our Lead Application Developer, Dan is deeply focused on the design and development of the application. Dan started his programming career in 2005 at Florentine Design Group where he primarily developed e-commerce solutions as well as database-powered applications. Independently, Dan has developed a facial recognition and content based image retrieval program. Dan is also fluent in German and enjoys traveling Europe in search of the finest chocolates.

Kristin Sotebeer
Senior Technology Consultant

Kristin coordinates, manages and develops our technical support team. Before her start with Adapp Solutions, Kristin was the Internet Marketing Director at Sarbro Solutions. Her experience with Internet Marketing lends her a great perspective for better understand the needs of HasOffers clients. Kristin graduated from The University of Miami in the School of Business. She is native to Seattle and loves to spend time outdoors running the Burke-Gilman Trail.
