HasOffers provides the most advanced tracking and reporting technology available, improving affiliate network management by tracking your online initiatives in real time. All stat reports are located under the Reports Tab.
Live Stats Report
All data is tracked, computed and displayed in real-time. Audit the success of your affiliates at any time with reports showing the most current information. View statistics on a network level or drill-down to more specific filtering for further insight.
Custom Stats Report
To create a Custom Stats Report, hover over "Reports” tab and select "Custom Stat Report". Choose the preselected date range or day you are interested in querying and choose to group and or filter your data to get the most detailed, custom report. You can group your data by Affiliate, Hour, Affiliate Manager, etc., and filter by Affiliate Manager, Account, Offer, Advertiser, etc. Alter the report’s columns by selecting the check boxes next to each Field.
Report Fields
You may customize your reports to include all or only some of the fields. Check the box next to each Field in order to display them in your report. You can choose to display Impressions, Clicks, CTR, Conversions, CR, Payout, Revenue, eRPC, CPA, and/or Profit.
Grouping By and Filtering By
Before creating new reports, it is important to establish what information is needed and how to present it in the most useful way. Select the report type that you wish to view and make your selection in the “Group Data By” or “Filter Data By”.
Group Data By
Grouping data is a reporting feature that organizes reporting details by specific queried group. Report stats can be grouped by Date, Hour, Month, Week, Year, Affiliate, Affiliate Manager, Advertiser, Advertiser Manager, Offer, Offer URL and Affiliate Source. Select one or multiple items to group data by. For example: if you group by both Date and Affiliate, your report will show each Affiliate’s statistics for each date in your date range.
Filter Data By
Filtering data is a reporting feature that refines reporting details by queried filter. Reporting stats can be filtered by Advertiser Managers, Advertisers, Affiliate Managers, Affiliates and Offers. Select one or multiple items to filter the data by. For example: if you filter by both Affiliate and Offer, your report will show only the Affiliates you’ve selected, and only the selected offers for those affiliates. By holding down your control key, you can choose multiple filters.
View Statistics by Affiliate Account
To view the statistics by Affiliate Account, hover over "Reports” tab and select "Affiliate Stat Report". Choose the preselected date range or day you would like to view the stats for. The “Today’s Stats by Affiliate” link located on the “Snapshot” page is another way to view stats by affiliate account. Refine and organize results even further by grouping and or filtering data.
View Stats by Advertiser
To view the Stats by Offer, hover over the "Reports” tab and select "Advertiser Stat Report". This report is an overview of advertiser activity for the day. To check advertiser activity stats for another day, select the preselected date range or the day you are interested in querying.
View URL Referrals
To see where the conversions for a particular offer are coming from, hover over the "Reports” tab and select "Referral Report". This report shows you the URLs of where specific Conversions for an offer came from. The report displays the Affiliate, Offer, URL and number of conversions that originated from the URL. To check referral activity stats for another day, select the preselected date range or the day you are interested in querying and filter by Affiliates or Offers.
View Conversion and Tracking Info
To view the Conversion Report, hover over the "Reports” tab and select "Conversion Report". This report displays unique tracking info details for each conversion. View the Affiliate Sub-ID (1-5), Advertiser Sub-ID, Tracking Link Referral, Conversion Pixel Referral, IP address and Payout for each conversion. View stats for another date or filter by Affiliates, Advertisers or Offers. Conversion adjustments are not reflected in this report.
View Pending Conversions
If your conversions are set to “Require Approval” for any particular offer, you may view these pending conversions in the Pending Conversions Report. Hover over the "Reports” tab and select “Pending Conversions”. The offer, affiliate, date and time of the conversion and IP address are displayed for each pending conversion. If you select “Approve” for a pending conversion, it will then be displayed in all stat reports and billing for your affiliate to see.
View Account Managers’ Commissions
To view the commissions your account managers have earned, hover over the "Reports” tab and select "Commission Report". The Commission Report shows you the Rate Type, Rate, Commission and Total. It can be grouped by Date or Affiliate Manager or filtered by Affiliate Manager.
View Affiliate’s Referral Commission
To view how much your affiliates have earned by referring other affiliates, hover over the “Reports” tab and select “Affiliate Referral Report”. This report shows you the Commission and Base Amount Used. Group data by Referring Affiliate and Referred Affiliate to see the commission earned for each affiliate’s referrals. Filter data by Referring Affiliates to look at specific affiliates.
View Adjusted Conversions for Affiliates
To view the conversion adjustments that have been made for each affiliate, hover over the “Reports” tab and select “Adjustment Report”. This report displays all conversion adjustments that have been made, the date and time the adjustment was entered, as well as which employee made the adjustment.
View Ad Server Logs and Messages
The Ad Server report provides a complete log of click and conversion actions. Actions designated as “clicks” report all errors in tracking links and reasons for offer redirections, such as lead caps, conversion redirect, country targeting, and browser targeting. A “conversion” action shows all activity requesting the conversion pixel. This log is an excellent way to help affiliates with conversion problems or tracking errors as well as detect fraudulent activity. Hover over the “Reports” tab and click “Ad Server Report”. This report displays the date and time of each server log, the type of log (notice, debug, error, etc.), the action (conversion or click), the server message and the URL.
Exporting Reports
You can export any report in CSV. To export a report in CSV, simply select the CSV link and you will be will be prompted to open the CSV file with Excel or other compatible computer program.
Meaning of CTR
CTR stands for Click Through Rate. This is the number of clicks divided by the number of impressions.
Meaning of CPA
CPA Stands for Cost Per Acquisition. This is the amount of revenue a publisher receives when he generates a conversion for an advertiser. For example, the publisher may place an ad for an investment site on his website. If a user clicks on the advertisement link, he or she is directed to the advertiser's website where she can sign up for an investment account. If she chooses to sign up, a conversion has been created and the publisher is paid a certain amount based on the CPA.
Meaning of CR
CR stands for Conversion Rate. This is calculated by dividing conversions by clicks and multiplying by 100.
Meaning of eRPC
eRPC stands for Electronic Rate Per Click. This refers to the rate paid out per click for online promotions.
