Snapshot Screen

The snapshot screen quickly gives you an overview of your entire network. It provides a simple graph for both revenue and conversions. Altering the date parameters for these illustrations is easy; simply edit the selection in the box located next to "View my Stats for."

The snapshot screen also provides links to already customized statistics. Quickly "Get Offer Links for Affiliates" or view "Today's Stats by Affiliate" without creating a new report or searching through the Reports Tab.
Updates
The updates section, located on the Snapshots page, is what the each user will see when they log into your network. Updates are announcements about when an offer will expire, when a new offer has been added or system alerts. To begin managing your updates and alerts, hover over the “Affiliate” tab and select “Alert Management”. Go to “Create Alert” and create a new alert. You can edit and delete any current alerts by clicking the “edit” or “delete” links.
Create Network Alerts
Network Alerts can be managed and created by running your cursor over the “Affiliates” tab and selecting “Alert Management”. Go to “Create Alert” to create a new alert. Add the new title and message into the “title” and “message” fields of the form. The alert can be made visible to the accounts you manage or by the entire network. Select the “Only visible to accounts I manage” box to make the alert visible to specific accounts or leave it unchecked so it’s visible to all accounts and click “Create”. In addition to posting the alert in each affiliate’s Snapshot page, you can also email the alert to each affiliate by checking the “Email the alert” box. Note: all employees with their alerts turned on will receive the alert and email (if box is checked).
Alert Management
View your alert history by hovering over the “Affiliates” tab and selecting “Alert Management”. Use the drop down menu to “Show only active alerts”, “Show only deleted alerts”, or “Show all alerts”. Click on the alert Title to review the alert or change its status from Deleted to Active. Once you delete an alert, it will no longer be visible to affiliates or employees.
