Managing Offers

To manage offers, hover over the “Offers” tab and select “Manage Offers” to view all of your offers on one screen. You can sort by any of the columns by clicking on the column header, or you may use the search box to looks for an offer name. You can view stats for offers by changing the view stats from and to dates. You can also filter by offer status. The Manage Offers page shows active, pending, paused, and deleted offers. Affiliates are only able to see the “Active” offers that they have permission to see.
Change an Offer’s Status
To change the status of an offer, hover over the “Offers” tab and select "Manage Offers" to view all of your offers on one screen. Click the offer name and select “edit” at the top of the page next to Offer Information. Scroll down to the “Status” menu bar and update the status by selecting one of the four status options from the drill down menu. “Save changes” at the bottom.
Offer Statuses
There are four status options which you can use to manage your offers. Only one, “Active”, allows your affiliates to see/promote the offer.
Pending. Set an offer to “Pending” when the offer is in its testing phase and has not been approved yet. Your affiliates will not be able to view any offers set to “Pending”.
Active. Use “Active” when the offer is ready to go live. With an “Active” status, affiliates will be able to preview the offer, get tracking links, and begin pushing traffic.
Paused. Set an offer to “Paused” when you want to temporarily pause traffic for an offer. Your affiliates will not be able to view any offers set to “Paused”.
Deleted. Use “Deleted” when you no longer wish to make this offer available to affiliates. Your affiliates will not be able to view any offers set to “Deleted”.
Create Affiliate Tracking Links
The Tracking URL is the link used in your marketing campaigns. It tracks what offer received conversions and which affiliates generated those conversions. To create affiliate tracking links, hover over the “Offers” tab and select "Manage Offers". Select the offer name you wish to generate a link for. Under Generate Tracking Links, choose an affiliate and the tracking code is automatically created in the text field below. Add additional tracking information, sub IDs, custom variables, website links or impression pixels using the subsequent "click here" options.
Multiple Affiliate Sub IDs
Up to 5 Affiliate Sub IDs can be added on to each tracking link: aff_sub, aff_sub2, aff_sub3, aff_sub4, and aff_sub5, allowing you to pass unique values (I.e. a user ID or any other user information) into the tracking links that can be passed back into your conversion tracking pixel. You can view this data in the Conversion Report by checking the Affiliate Sub ID boxes in the Fields section.

Generate Tiny URL
A Tiny URL shortens the affiliate tracking link. This is useful if you or the affiliate would like to hide the affiliate id and offer id from the publisher. Hover over the “Offers” tab and select "Manage Offers". Select the offer name you wish to generate a link for. Under Generate Tracking Links, choose an affiliate and the tracking code is automatically created in the text field below. Next, click “Generate Tiny Url” and a new tracking link will appear without the offer or affiliate id.
Generate Creative Code
The Creative Code is used to publish a banner or generate email creative code. You may upload creative files by using the “File Manager” in the “Offers” menu. (See Managing Offer Creatives). These files are available to your affiliates for download. You can generate the Creative Code for these files by hovering over the “Offers” tab and select “Manage Offers”. Click the offer name and in the Generate Tracking Links table, select the affiliate you would like to generate the creative code for. Select a creative file from the “Creative Code” drop down menu and the code will be generated.
Add Third-Party Affiliate Pixels
If the affiliate wants to track conversions in a third-party tracking system, you must add a third-party tracking pixel. Run your cursor over the “Offers” tab and select "Affiliate Pixels". In the upper right corner of the Affiliate Conversion Pixels table, select "Add Conversion Pixel”. Select the affiliate and offer you wish to track, then enter the third-party code into the text field and select "Add." You may also add a conversion pixel by selecting an offer name from the “Manage Offers” page and entering the information in the “Add Conversion Pixels for Affiliates” table. iFrame, image and JavaScript pixel compatible. Affiliates pixels will be displayed when this offer's advertising tracking pixel generates a conversion. The system will dynamically replace the following variables when pixel is displayed: "{aff_sub}" for sub ID, "{source}" for source info, "{payout}" for offer payout, {transaction_id} for transaction ID, and "{ran}" for a random number.
Testing Third-Party Affiliate Pixels
To test third-party affiliate pixels, hover over the “Offers” tab and select "Pixel Manager". Select the third-party affiliate pixel you would like to test by clicking the corresponding "Test" link located in the "Code" column of the table. This is useful in guaranteeing that the third-party affiliate pixels are working properly.
Add an Offer Thumbnail
You may upload an image for each of your offers only after they have been created and only if you have enabled this feature. Enable Offer Thumbnails by hovering over the “Company” tab and select “Customize Application”; then click “Application Preferences”. Scroll down to “Offer Thumbnails”, check the box and click “Update”. Hover over the “Offers” tab and select “Manage Offers”. Select the offer name from the list and click “edit” next to the Offer Information table. Scroll to the bottom of the offer and upload your image in the Offer Thumbnail table. This image will be displayed to affiliates.
