Managing Offer Creatives

An offer creative is a file or image added to an offer. You can add and store as many images and files as you want for an offer. Creatives for an offer can be added simply by uploading the creative using the File Manager. You may also preview and delete an offer file. Hover over the “Offers” tab and select “File Manager”. Click “Preview” to view existing files or “Delete” to remove a file.
Adding Files to Offers
To add a new file or image, hover over the “Offers” tab and select “File Manager”. Select the offer from the drop down menu and enter the file’s “Display Name”. Select the “File Type” from the drop down menu and then click “Browse…” to select your file. Attach the file or image by clicking “Upload”. The file size can be no larger than 8M max.
Adding Files to Multiple Offers
You can upload one file to multiple offers. Hover over the “Offers” tab and select “File Manager”. Click the “Upload File to Multiple Offers” link located in the top right corner of the table. Select multiple offers from the “Offers” box while holding down your Ctrl key. Enter a Display Name, select a File Type and click “Browse…” to locate your file. Click “Upload” to add your file to each of the selected offers.
Affiliates Using Offer Files
After an offer file or creative is uploaded for a selected offer, affiliates can preview and export as many files as they wish for a selected offer. To access the offer, affiliates will select the offer under the “Offers” tab and click on the offer link which they would like to view. The offer files will be displayed at the bottom of the offer page.
