How can I disable welcome email to affiliates?

At the moment you can't disable the welcome email, but we are going to be adding a preference setting for that in the near future.

You can setup your network to use a custom SMTP email server for sending all email communications.

To set up your Alternate SMTP Server:

Step 1. Use Alternate SMTP Server

Hover over the “Company” tab and select “Customize Application”. Go to “Application Preferences”. Find “Use alternate SMTP server”. Select “Yes” to allow your network to use an alternative SMTP email server for sending emails to your affiliates. Complete the fields that pop up and click “Update” to save your preferences.

Step 2. Enter your Alternate STMP SERVER

You can find the SMTP server by contacting your Web Presence Provider and asking them for SMTP server information for the Web Server.

SMTP HOST is you outgoing mail server, you can find this information by your internet provider. It’s usually something like mail.yourdomain.com or smtp.providername.com

Step 3. Enter your Alternate STMP PORT

You can find the Alternate STMP PORT by contacting your Web Presence Provider and asking them for your alternate SMTP port information for the Web Server.

Step 4. Enter the server username and password

Step 5. Enter the "From Name" (i.e., CPA Promotion, whatever you want it to be) and the "From Email" (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) for example or any email address you want the users to see in the email)
