Create an unlimited number of affiliate accounts under your network. Grant affiliates access to join your network. Assign an Affiliate Manager for increased control. Adding and managing affiliates is so easy! All Affiliate management and controls are located under the “Affiliates” tab.
Creating Affiliates
Create an unlimited number of affiliate accounts under your network. There are two ways to create an affiliate account. Affiliates can create their own account by signing up to join the network or you can manually create an affiliate. New affiliates will receive access after they’ve been approved to join. To approve affiliates you must change their status from “pending” to “active”.
Manually Add a New Affiliate
Manually add a new affiliate by running your cursor over the “Affiliates” tab and selecting "Create Affiliate". Enter the affiliate details in the designated fields. You will also set-up the account email address and password for the new affiliate account. An email will then be automatically sent to your affiliate informing them of their login credentials and that their account has been set up.
Affiliates Signup
Affiliates can sign up by accessing your networkID.hasoffers.com or by visiting the main network domain. The affiliates who signup themselves using the signup page will automatically be set to “pending” status until they are approved.
Manually Approve Affiliates
To manually approve each Affiliate, hover over the "Affiliates” tab and select “View Pending Affiliates”. First, assign an Account Manager to each pending affiliate using the drop down menu. Next, click “Approve” or “Deny”.
Auto-Approve Affiliates
To auto-approve affiliates, hover over the “Company” tab and select “Customize Application”. Go to “Application Preferences”. In the “Affiliate Accounts” drill down menu, select “Auto Approve” and click “Update”.
