Adding and Managing Advertisers

Managing advertisers under one system has never been easier. Get started by adding and managing advertisers under the “Advertisers” tab.

Adding a New Advertiser

To add a new advertiser, hover over the “Advertisers” tab and select "Create Advertiser”. Fill out the form provided and click the "Create Account" button at the bottom of the form. You can then manage advertisers by selecting "Manage Advertisers" from the "Advertisers” tab. The advertiser account must be manually created by the network.  Once created, the advertiser will automatically be emailed their login and password.

Updating Advertiser Information

Advertiser account information can be updated at any time. Hover over the “Advertisers” tab and select “Manage Advertisers. Click on the link of the advertiser name you would like to view. Select “edit” to update account information.

Advertiser Permission Settings

Advertisers may have access to Account Management, Offer Management and Stats. Hover over the “Advertisers” tab and select “Manage Advertisers”.  Select the name of the Advertiser and next select the link of the user under the “Account Users” table.  Check the boxes next to the permission settings you would like to grant and click “Update” to save.

Account Management Permission.  Selecting this box gives your advertiser user access to update and edit their user information as well as the advertiser’s company information (i.e. name, email, address, and phone).  With this permission they can also manage and add other users to the advertiser account.  They have the ability to add, delete and set permissions for all users except for themselves.

Offer Management Permission.  Selecting this box gives your advertiser user access to all the advertiser’s offers.  They can view current offers and create new offers. With this permission the advertiser user may also upload files to any of their current offers.

Stats Permission.  Selecting this box gives your advertiser user access to view their stats.  They are able to run reports which display the number of conversions and revenue by day, hour, month, week, offer, and/or offer URL.

Advertiser Created Offers

When an advertiser has the Offer Management Permission granted, they are able to create offers.  When creating the offer, they are ONLY able to specify the offer Name, Description, Preview Url, Offer URL and select the Conversion Tracking. These offers will be set to “Pending” until you approve them.

Approving Advertiser Offers

All offers created by your advertisers will be set to pending upon creation.  You must then complete the offer by entering the necessary Offer Information (Advertisers are ONLY able to specify the offer Name, Description, Preview Url, Offer URL and select the Conversion Tracking).  Hover over the “Offers” tab and select “Manage Offers”.  In the Manage Offers table, use the drop down menu to select “Show only pending offers”.  Select the pending offer’s name and click “edit” next to the Offer Information table.  Verify/complete the offer.  Before you change the “Pending” status to “Active”, test your offer to make sure the tracking links work and the advertiser tracking pixel is placed properly.  Once confirmed, change the Status to “Active” and click “Save Changes” at the bottom.  Your advertiser offer can now be seen by your affiliates and is ready for traffic.

Preview Advertiser Virtual User

To preview what the Advertiser sees when they log into the network you must be logged into their virtual account. Hover over the “Advertisers” tab and select "Manage Advertisers". Click on the Advertiser whose virtual system you would like to view. At the bottom of the page under the "User" section, click the "Virtual User" link.

Edit Advertiser Status

To edit the status of an Advertiser, hover over the “Advertisers” tab and select “Manage Advertisers”. Click the advertiser you would like to edit. Next to the heading, "Account Information", links are provided for editing, deleting, or blocking the advertiser.

Create an Advertiser Invoice

To create an Advertiser Invoice, you must first enable “Advertiser Billing”. Hover over the “Company” tab and select “Customize Application”.  Go to “Application Preferences”.  Find “Enable Advertiser Billing”, check the box and click “Update” to save your changes.  A new navigation tab is created entitled “Advertiser Billing”. Select “Manage Invoices” from this menu and a list of all invoices is displayed.  Click “Create Invoice”, select the advertiser account, select the date range for the invoice, and enter a memo for your advertiser to see or any billing notes for your reference.

Advertiser Billing Management

View the open balance for each of your advertisers at any given time.  Hover over the “Advertiser Billing” tab and select “Advertiser Balances”.  Here is a list of all advertiser accounts and their outstanding balance.  Click on the advertiser’s name to view the invoices for each account.  Mark any invoices as paid to reduce the outstanding balance.
